ODDC Empowerment Fund

Council has created the Empowerment Fund to enable individuals with developmental disabilities and family members to serve on policy and program planning bodies, and to gain knowledge and skills by attending conferences and meetings. A Council committee is responsible for determining approval or disapproval of applicants, in accordance with the policies governing the Fund.
