NEXT Week in Public Policy: July 23-27, 2018

In Ohio:

The Ohio House of Representatives has scheduled Session for Tuesday, July 24, 2018. It is believed they will finish up their work on Payday Lending legislation. No committees are scheduled at this time.

In Washington:

On Thursday, July 26, 2018, the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee will hold a hearing on several bills. One bill scheduled for testimony is S. 3016. The legislation would continue existing grant programs for public health and awareness related to dental care, as well as continue grants for innovative programs that provide dental care services to underserved communities and establish dental health homes for the elderly and disabled.
