Project summary: 1-in-68 U.S. children is diagnosed with autism, a neurological disorder. African-American and Hispanic children are diagnosed later in life compared to white children, according to national research. Proper diagnosis, early intervention, and lifelong treatment are critical to support a person living with autism. This project aimed to help raise awareness about autism within minority communities throughout Ohio. (Published in 2015)
