Triple Jeopardy: African American Women with Disabilities

Publication summary: The “Triple Jeopardy” initiative was designed to give voice to African-American women with developmental disabilities, between the ages of 18 and 60, who are unserved or underserved. This report takes information gathered through focus groups to guide Council on ideas on possible research needed on the effectiveness of existing formal/informal community supports.
